Shipping & Delivery
Many of our items are handmade to order or assembled one-at-a-time; therefore, please allow up to 10 BUSINESS DAYS to receive your order. Rush orders may be accommodated if items are in stock. You will receive an automated email when your item(s) ship including the tracking number for your reference.
We use USPS Priority Mail, UPS and FedEx to ship products using the quickest and most economical method available.
Sales Tax
Tea Party Treasures charges sales tax for merchandise ordered on this Web site for all non-commercial orders shipped to addresses within the state of VA.
Return Policy
As most of our items are handmade and special order, there are no returns.
We are not responsible for damages during shipment, please file a claim through the shipper as we are not responsible for the mishandling of packages. All other items at the discretion of management.
Store Hours
Customer service is available via email Monday through Friday EST. We check email often and this is by far the easiest and fastest way to communicate with us.
Payment
Payment is to be submitted at the time of ordering. Note that you DO NOT have to have a PayPal account to pay with a major credit card—they simply process our card payments for us. Just click the blue “Continue” link on the left side of the checkout page and enter card info as usual.
