We’re a mom-owned business so we juggle a lot of balls, but do our best to get your order packed and out the door as quickly as possible.You will receive an automated email when your item(s) ship including the tracking number for your reference. We use USPS Priority Mail, UPS and FedEx to ship products using the quickest and most economical method available.Am I charged any sales tax?Tea Party Treasures charges sales tax for merchandise ordered on this Web site for all non-commercial orders shipped to addresses within the state of VA.Can I return something / I have broken or damaged items!If you receive damaged items that were broken, crushed or damaged during transit, please file a claim through the shipper. Once we pack the items and they leave our doorstep, we can’t be responsible for the mishandling of packages at the shipping company. We do our best to pack items securely and safely.NO RETURNS or refunds on personalized or customized items.PaymentWe accept all major credit cards through our online shopping cart as well as PayPal.Even though PayPal processes our credit cards, you DO NOT need an account with them to check out.
